How can we help?

If your vendor has partnered with Maast, you are eligible for an account. Whenever your customer makes a credit, debit, or direct bank account purchase the funds will automatically be deposited into your bank account.

First, you must be an authorized signer of legal age. You will also be asked for your social security and/or EIN number, business ownership information, as well as your business address and phone number.

Depending on the size of your business, you may also be asked for additional documentation about your business and payment processing history.

This information will be used to verify your identity, confirm existence of your business, and for tax reporting.

There are three ways to fund your account:

1. The most common way is to directly deposit funds received from credit, debit and ACH transactions processed at your business.
2. A transfer request from another account can be made in the “Pay & Transfer” section of your online account dashboard.
3. You can also deposit a check with the mobile deposit feature in the mobile app.

There are two ways to withdraw money from your account:

1. Transfer to a bank account of your choice.
2. Withdraw from any ATM nationwide that has the Visa® logo or is part of the PULSE Network. Non-network ATMs may be subject to a fee.

Digitally pay anyone through your online bill pay. If you would like physical checks, you can order them through a vendor of your choice.

In your mobile app, go to the settings page in the right-hand menu to find your account number. From your online banking portal, your account number is listed just under your account nickname; tap the eye icon to see the full number.

The routing number for Maast is 063114535.

To make it simple, your username is the email address used to open your account.

You can accept all Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover®, and American Express® debit and credit cards as well as payments directly from a customer’s bank account.

Accept payments across multiple channels including online, in-person, customer billing portals, digital invoices, and more. You can also set up automated recurring billing so you never miss a payment.

If your vendor offers the experience, Maast can move the money! Examples include curbside pickup, order ahead, delivery, scan and go, voice commerce, and more.

A chargeback occurs when one of your customers tells their bank that they do not recognize a transaction, did not perform the transaction, or did not receive the goods or services. Their bank will then reverse the charge back to you, the merchant. The bank’s reversal of the original charge is known as a “chargeback”.

Credit/refund not processed, services not rendered, poor quality, and fraud are the four most common types of chargebacks a customer can claim:

Credit/Refund Not Processed

• Did not receive a promised refund in a timely fashion
• Canceled an order within the applicable cancellation window and did not receive a refund

Services Not Rendered

• Canceled their order within the applicable cancellation window and never received the good or service
• Overcharge charged for goods or services they did not receive

Quality of Services/Property Not as Described

• Good or service did not match the description as advertised
• Business owner switched good or service for a less quality item

Fraudulent Transaction

• No knowledge of the transaction and it was not authorized
